As an experienced facilitator, I love bringing people together and getting everyone on the same page. My approach to facilitation is built on a foundation of care, communication and respect. Whether managing change processes within cultural organisations, bringing groups together to cohere around a future plan, or chairing a panel discussion, there is joy to be found in the process.   • Opera Forum Wales - Strategy Day

    Leading a multi-organisation strategy day with stakeholders from the operatic sector in Wales to coalesce around a path forward for the future of the sector.

  • Senior Delivery Lead, Tonic

    Read more about Tonic here. My role at Tonic spanned delivery of training and consultancy to the leadership of Tonic Changemakers (a programme for EDI Leads in organisations).

    Clients included the Royal Opera House, European Network of Opera Academies, Opera North, The Citizen’s Theatre, Diverse City, Tina! The Tina Turner Musical amongst many others.

  • Evaluation of Multi-year Programme: Empowering Opera 2020 - 2024

    Over the last four years, ENOA led by the Festival d’Aix-en-Provence has delivered their ‘Empowering Opera’ programme. With enabling new operatic artists across Europe at its heart, this programme has been a pleasure to evaluate over the four years. Taking time to look at the different programmes implemented and understand the experience of the artists ensuring that any learning is followed up on for the next round of applications.

    THE DIVA AND THE HAG: AGEISM IN OPERA - a panel discussion. Hosted by the Royal Opera House and the Engender network I chaired a panel featuring Melanie Pappenheim, Nicky Clark and April Koyejo-Audiger discussing ageism in opera.
