As Senior Delivery Lead for Tonic, my cross sector work in equality, diversity and inclusion was extensive; providing training in unconscious bias, creating inclusive environments, race and allyship alongside consultancy on reviewing recruitment materials, open calls, and conducting diversity audits. Alongside my experience as a Creative Producer of Opera and Music-Theatre for the Aldeburgh Festival, I am in a unique position to give expert advice to ensure your programmes, inclusion initiatives and organisations are functioning as well as they could with equity in mind.

Equity, Justice and Inclusion
Equality, equity, justice, inclusion, diversity - the words to some extent don’t matter, the goal is important. And for me, it is about enabling access to the arts and ensuring folk can thrive once through the door regardless of who they might be and whether or not they can see themselves in the arts world.
